About me
I’m an enthusiastic programmer and a researcher.
I got Ph.D. for research in Computational Biophysics from the University of Italian Switzerland. Before that, I graduated from the Novosibirsk State University with major in Mathematics.
Before going to research, I worked in software development for 4 years.
My professional passion is to solve challenging problems at the intersection of different fields: Physics, Computer Science, High-Performance computations.
Beside of Computational Biophysics, I’m also interested in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Shape Analysis, and physical based computer graphics.
